Client-Centric Process:

Our process for identifying, developing and presenting the most qualified and appropriate candidates is unique and specialized to each client’s needs.  Most importantly, the process does not stop after the initial presentation of qualified candidates.  Rather, JCo. continues to develop and present new candidates until the search is completed.

Performance-Based Billing:

JCo.’s billing process is based upon our firm achieving milestone goals in the search process, rather than the calendar-based billing that is the industry norm.  For instance, the final installment of professional fees is not billed until the recruited candidate has not only accepted the client’s offer, but has commenced employment with the client company.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

We stand by our results. In the unlikely event that an executive whom JCo. recruits for a client departs for any reason within six months, we will re- institute that search with no additional professional fees.
